Ordering and Payment

  1. Placing Orders: Orders may be placed directly through our website. By placing an

  2. Currency: All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include Goods and
    Services Tax (GST).
  3. Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
    Sturgeon Valley reserves the right to accept or reject your order within 2 business days.
    If your order is rejected, any payment made will be refunded in full.

Delivery

  1. Urban Delivery: Orders are shipped via overnight courier services where possible. For
    next-day delivery, please place orders before 1pm, Monday to Wednesday. Orders
    placed after this time will be dispatched on the following Monday.
  2. Rural Delivery: Deliveries to rural areas may take up to 3 days. Customers are advised
    to discuss delivery options with our sales team before ordering.
  3. Public Holidays: Delivery schedules may be affected by public holidays. Please contact
    us for updated timelines during these periods.
  4. Responsibility: Once dispatched, deliveries are handled by third-party courier services.
    While we take great care in packaging your order to ensure its safe arrival, Sturgeon
    Valley cannot accept liability for delays or damage caused during transit. Please
    refrigerate your caviar immediately upon receipt.

Returns and Refunds

  1. Perishable Products: Due to the perishable nature of caviar, we do not accept returns.
  2. Refund Policy: Refunds will only be considered if the product arrives damaged or is not
    as described. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order by
    contacting our sales team at sales@sturgeonvalley.co.nz.

Product Information

  1. Natural Variations: Sturgeon Valley caviar is a natural product. Variations in colour,
    size, and texture may occur between batches. These natural differences do not affect
    the quality of the product.
  2. Product Descriptions: While we strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions
    on our website, they are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect the
    exact product delivered.

Order Quantities and Fees

  1. Minimum Order Quantities: There are no minimum order quantities.
  2. Additional Fees: Freight or packaging fees may apply depending on the volume and
    destination of your order. These fees will be disclosed before finalising your purchase.

images, and software, is the property of Sturgeon Valley Limited and is protected by copyright

    arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental,

  3. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993: Where the buyer acquires goods for personal use,
    the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply. If the goods are acquired for
    business purposes, the guarantees under this act do not apply.

Sturgeon Valley will not be held responsible for any failure to fulfill its obligations under these
terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters,
pandemics, labour disputes, or disruptions to supply chains.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law. By using this website or
purchasing our products, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand
courts.
